If you’re looking for mental clarity, a smoother “pick me up,” Focus and Energy naturally supports your body’s energy level with caffeine-free green tea, choline and the special adaptogens Rhodiola, ashwagandha, and ginseng.
And unlike the energy blast some of us get from our go-to daily stimulants (coffee, diet soda, caffeine pills), there is no mood-thudding crash. We call it clean energy!
If you suffer brain fog you will love the mental clarity. Increased productivity will unleash the powerhouse you long to be.
Working from home
Homeworking can be great because you can set the hours that you dedicate to your business. There is always the temptation, especially when starting a new business, to work every available hour.
This is the wrong approach. You will doubtlessly have encountered the phrase “work smarter, not harder” and this is even more pertinent when you suffer from the brain fog of multiple sclerosis or fibromyalgia.
We are currently experiencing a heat-wave, as is the whole of Europe, This is a very rare event in Scotland and I’m sure most of my compatriots welcome this type of weather.
I do not welcome it at all. It concerns me greatly on two levels:
- My MS symptoms get very much worse in the warm, clammy weather.
- I view it as confirmation that climate change is very real and we should all being doing very much more to try and prevent it.
If I were to use this “focus & energy” supplement, maybe I could regain my mental clarity to formulate my own plan of action to mitigate the cataclysm that really could be the endgame of climate change.
You see the mentions of climate change increasing on mainstream media channels. This suggests that governments are aware of the problem, they just seem to brush it under the carpet.
That is not good enough! By tomorrow, it may be too late. Once the world temperatures pass the tipping point, there is only one outcome. But, none of us will be here to see it.
